 Speed Measurement Laboratories Inc. (SML) petitioned Congress in November of 2004. SML requested assistance in having the FCC position restated on their letterhead.
SML further asked for the FCC to contact radio stations which it governs to stop this illegal advertising.
SML President Carl Fors plans on a writ of mandamus to obligate elected officials to perform their duties and to enforce laws.
