Radar Roy gets a lot of questions from owners of Radar Jammers. The main thing they want to know: "how can I get my money back!"
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you purchased your Radar Jammer within the past 30 days, and if you purchased the unit from Rocky Mountain Radar, you can return to them under their 30 day money back guarantee. If you purchased your device from another online retailer, or from a store, check with them to see what their return policy is.
Credit Card Purchases
If you used your credit card, contact your bank or credit card provider and file for a refund.
Many banks will honor a charge back if the company fraudulently misrepresented their products and/or services. You are welcome to print out sections of this website to turn in with your request.
Contact The Federal Trade Commission
The Federal Trade Commission has the jurisdiction to investigate cases of consumer fraud throughout the USA. We would recommend that your first step to file a complaint using their online form.
Contact the Attorney General's Office
Rocky Mountain Radar is based in El Paso, and you can contact the Texas Attorney General's Office and and file a complaint.
You could also contact the Attorney General's Office in your state, and file a similar complaint.
Contact the Better Business Bureau
Rocky Mountain Radar is not a member of the El Paso Better Business Bureau, however RMR has responded to several filed complaints from this agency. We do suggest that you do file a complaint with the El Paso Better Business Bureau.
Customers who have used this option (or the threat of this option) have told Radar Roy that they have been very successful in getting their money back.
Class Action Law Suit
Radar Roy has talked to others who are interested in filing a consumer fraud class action lawsuit against Radar Jammer manufactures and dealers.
To learn more about about this possible action, please fill out the form below. Your information will remain totally confidential.
