What about this "ticket guarantee" that Radar Jammer dealers offer?
Radar Roy Says
"Well think about it, someone sells you a product for $200 that is worth perhaps $25.00, and they refund you $100.00, who is ahead of this deal?"
When you get your Radar jammer/scrambler you'll find a card enclosed in the box that further explains their "ticket rebate program".
Right off the bat, their rebate form states that "you must be a current, registered owner and user of a radar and laser scrambling product" and that the form MUST be completed within 30 days of purchase.
Better Business Bureau Receives Complaints
The El Paso Better Business Bureau has received complaints regarding Rocky Mountain Radar's ticket rebate and have published them here.
The major complaint: Rocky Mountain Radar only covers 10% of
the citation fee.
Rocky Mountain Radar says only 10% of the total citation charges are a part of the actual "fine", and that the
remainder of the citation fees assessed by the courts are not considered part of the "fine".
