FCC Chief Enforcement Officer Responds!

Wickenburg , Arizona - May 10, 2005 - Carl Fors received a letter dated 4/20/2005 from David Solomon, the Chief Enforcement Bureau officer at the Federal Communications Commission regarding their enforcement efforts toward the manufactures and distributors of radar jammer products.

Mr. Solomon states that the intentional use of transmitters to jam a radar signal is considered "malicious interference" and is strictly prohibited by the Communications Act of 1934, as amended. He states that the commission has taken enforcement action and will continue doing so against the manufactures and distributors of radar jammer products.

He asks that if we had any information regarding manufactures and/or dealers that are selling these devices, to notify his office.

As a response, Radar Roy has sent Mr. Solmon's letter to the Legal Department of E-Bay requesting them to remove these illegal items from their online auctions.

Radar Roy has also identified other major internet retailers of these devices and will forward this information to Mr. Solomon.
