WICKENBURG, AZ - March 27, 2006 - Chief of Staff Michael Carowitz confirms that the FCC has a current investigation open against Rocky Mountain Radar for marketing devices that are designed to jam or interfere with police radar.

Mr. Carositz states that since his agencies investigation is still pending, it would be inappropriate for him to comment.
